Shipped Fresh from our Hands to Yours

At Aloha Island Lei, we take the utmost care when packaging and shipping your fresh Hawaiian leis and flowers. Each lei order contains a frozen gel pack to ensure freshness while on route. Choose from a variety of shipping methods and additional options to meet your needs. We highly recommend placing your order at least 1-2 weeks in advance to ensure that we have the leis in stock for your order (Specialty/Bulk Order Leis).

Summer Season Notice to Customers

We kindly remind you that freshness is not guaranteed due to the rising heat from weather conditions at this time of year. Although we consistently take the utmost care in each order we pack, we have no control over packages once in the possession of our parcel carriers using the 2nd day air shipping method. However, we always have and will continue to guarantee top quality freshness for all orders shipped via standard overnight or priority night. Please see our rate chart below and contact us within 24 hours if you would like to upgrade your shipping method.

Shipping Methods

Aloha Island Lei delivers to all 50 States. However, if you are sending leis for delivery to Alaska, you must place your order by phone at 1-888-57-ALOHA between the hours of 6am – 3pm Hawaii Standard Time.

FedEx 2nd Day

FedEx 2nd Day will take two days for delivery. With 2nd Day, because FedEx & UPS are closed on Sunday’s, the leis/arrangements can only arrive on Monday or Wednesday through Saturday. Leis/Arrangements can’t arrive on Tuesday with 2nd Day Shipping. For the floral arrangements, we use a separate supplier on a different island for the flowers. Floral arrangements that have Monday as a delivery date will be shipped out on Friday to arrive on Monday. Customer will be taking risk with Floral Arrangements shipping over weekend [3 days].

Shipping to all states will be delivered by FedEx or UPS by end of day.

Next Day Air

On the day your order is shipped, arrival will be the following day by end of day. The order must be placed 72 hours in advance from delivery date for this service. Orders placed LESS THAN 72 hours in advance from delivery date must be called in. This includes the continental US, excluding Alaska.

Priority Next Day Air

On the day your order is shipped, arrival will be the following day by 10:30 AM for most shipments. Certain cities/zip codes do not guarantee this time. Because we can’t guarantee time of arrival, please make sure to schedule your delivery date to be the day before the lei is needed. If you want to be sure on the arrival time, please send us an email to info@57aloha.com. The order must be placed 72 hours in advance from delivery date for this service. Orders placed LESS THAN 72 hours in advance from delivery date must be called in. This includes the continental US, excluding Alaska.

Saturday Deliveries

Saturday delivery is an option for an additional $20 charge per shipment. There are no deliveries to California on Saturday.

Delivery Date

When selecting the delivery date, we highly recommend having the lei arrive the day before your event for optimal freshness. Time of delivery can never be guaranteed, even with Priority Overnight Shipping. For this reason, we always recommend to have the lei arrive the day before it is needed, never the day of. Please keep in mind, orders that are delivered the day of event will not be refunded if lei does not arrive in time. That is the risk the customer agrees to take when having it arrive the same day.

Signature Waiver

FedEx will leave your shipment at the door if the Signature Waiver option is selected during checkout. Doing so may affect your preferred arrival date. Please keep in mind, if your package is left at the door, we have no proof of acceptance or theft. To ensure it is received, we recommend you use a shipping address where someone will be able to accept the delivery – a work address is a good solution.

FedEx/UPS Tracking Number

Your tracking number will be emailed to you the day it ships out. Usually customers receive the email in the evening. Please not track the package too early. Sometimes information is not updated and will give false information. We recommend to wait a few hours before tracking so the information will be up to date. If you did not receive an email from us, your order did not get shipped out yet and/or it was sent to the Spam/Junk folder.

Will Call (Local Pick Up)

If you would like to order online and pick up your order at our shop, simply select the “Local Pick Up” option in the shipping selection at checkout. Please allow 5 hours from the time you place your order on line to the time you pick up so we can put your order together and have it ready when you arrive.

Substitutions

If the lei you ordered is not in stock, we reserve the right to substitute with another lei with equal or greater value. We will notify you ahead of time to let you know of the substitution and will do our best to make the substitution as similar as possible. Please make sure you leave a telephone number that you can be reached at during the day and evening.

Order Times

Orders made after 12:00 noon Hawaii Standard Time (HST) will not be processed until the following business day. Aloha Island Lei is not responsible for delays in shipment due to severe weather conditions or flight delays.

Returns

Once your order has shipped, we do not accept returns.   We use third party shippers (FedEx and UPS) and don’t have control over the product once it leaves our facilities.  Other variables like weather and heat can affect the items in transit.  To avoid these issues, please select the appropriate shipping method as suggested with each lei.
It is very important to us that you are pleased with your purchase. If your item is received in damaged condition, please take a photo of it and email it to us within 24 hours of receipt of your shipment and we will provide you with a store credit.
