Q: When should I place my order?
To ensure the leis you want are in stock, we recommend that you place your order as early as possible (with the exception of graduation season from May to June). We highly recommend at least 1-2 weeks in advance for any Bulk Orders or Specialty leis that have a 7-day delay.

Q: When should I have the leis delivered?
We recommend to have your leis arrive the day before your event. Delivery is anytime between 12-8 PM. We can never guarantee what time the leis will be delivered, which is why we recommend to have the leis arrive the day before they are needed.

Q: Will I receive a tracking number?
Your FedEx/UPS tracking number will be emailed to you the day your order ships out. Customers usually receive the email in the evening. Please keep in mind if your try to track too soon, the information might appear incorrect and/or not updated.

Q: How do I care for the leis once I receive them?

Q: How do I confirm the status of my order?
You should receive an email confirmation after to place your order. Please look over all information to make sure everything is correct. We are not responsible if your leis are shipped to the wrong address. If you did not receive an email confirmation, please call us to verify.

Q: Do you accept last minute orders?
Yes, if you are placing an order after 12 noon, Hawaii Standard Time, please call us toll free at 1-888-572-5642 or 1-808-596-0707.

Q: Do you offer quantity discounts?
Yes, our quantity discounts start at a quantity of 100. Please call us for details.

Q: What if the lei(s) I ordered are not in stock?
We will have to substitute the lei with one as similar as possible and notify you of that substitution. It is very important that you leave a phone number that you can be reached at during the day just in case we need to contact you. Your order will not be shipped without your approval.

Q: When I place my order will my order get shipped immediately?
During the checkout process, you will choose an arrival date for your leis and we will ship accordingly. We recommend that you request to receive your leis at least one day prior to your event.

Q: What days can I receive my package(s)?
We ship out orders Monday thru Friday. You will receive your shipments Tuesday thru Saturday. Please note that Saturday deliveries have an extra $20 fee.

*California Shipments
We do not recommend Saturday deliveries to California as some FedEx stations in California do not have agriculture inspectors to release your shipment. Therefore, you will not get your leis until Monday.

Q: When do you ship orders?
We ship Monday through Friday only. In Hawaii, FedEx is unavailable on the weekends.

Q: Do I need to be home to receive the delivery?
Please be sure to choose a delivery location where someone will be able to accept your lei shipment (i.e. work address or family member’s house). If no one is available to accept the delivery, we recommend leaving a cooler out with ice so that the FedEx driver may leave it and your leis will remain as fresh as possible until you arrive.
